Man, teen are arrested in Madras burglary

A 19-year-old Redmond man and a 16-year-old Redmond teenager have been arrested in the burglary of the Madras public works shop, police said Monday.

Craig Johns, the Madras public works director, said burglars broke into the shop Aug. 20 and took an estimated $10,000 to $15,000 worth of tools....
