BLM approves Redmond land swap

Agency will gain 428 acres in deal with state irrigation district

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has approved a land swap that would give Central Oregon Irrigation District (COID) one of the last large chunks of undeveloped land within the Redmond urban growth boundary (UGB).
