The Prineville sawmill may reopen - if some hurdles are cleared

The future of Crook County's logging industry will arrive in the Port of Vancouver in August in the bowels of a boat from New Zealand. Stevedores will unload the test logs and pack them onto a train bound for Ochoco's sawmill in John Day.

If these logs pass the quality inspection of Ochoco....
