Sexual harasser assaults two girls in foster home

Court had ruled the boy should not reside with minor females

PRINEVILLE - State child welfare workers OK'd the placement of a 13-year-old boy convicted of sexual harassment in a foster home where he subsequently sexually abused two young girls, despite some concern he was still a danger to the community.
