Residents want sidewalks on the front burner

Cracked concrete poses a safety hazard, some say

The sidewalk along Delaware Avenue is so broken up that it has caused two children to trip and fall into Ramsey Lozano's yard.

"The sidewalk in front of my house is absolutely horrendous," Lozano said.

Lozano is not alone.

The city has identified a wish list of 105 sidewalk projects....
