County authorities consider outlawing jumps from bridge

CULVER - Central Oregon teen-agers lined up to jump into the green-hued waters of Lake Billy Chinook reservoir Tuesday, despite the accidental death of a Culver teen-ager who leapt from the Crooked River bridge the night before.
