Park ranger narrowly avoids falling rocks

Cove Palisades road closes for 15 hours

The cloud of dust made Laura Freeman realize something was wrong. As the park ranger drove along Jordan Road in Cove Palisades State Park around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, "we passed the falls, and we were eating dust," she said.
