Irrigation district officials say they are not at fault

June Tillman woke up in the middle of the night Oct. 23 to the sound of water.

But instead of hearing it gurgle from the Swalley Irrigation District ditch that lies several feet from her back door, the sounds came from inside her house on Glen Vista Road in northwest Bend.
