Traffic will flow better and pedestrians and bicyclists will be safer on Colorado Avenue as a result of a long-awaited agreement between the city of Bend and local developer Aaron Lafky.

Wall and Bond streets ? lined with sidewalks and landscaping ? will link Colorado Avenue to Industrial Way....
