School janitor gets more than a year in jail

Judge Alta Brady said Friday that she was "astonished" a Bear Creek Elementary janitor did not comprehend that pinching elementary students on the bottom was inappropriate conduct, and then sentenced the 48-year-old man to 1 years in jail.
