Multi-million dollar contract in the air because the city's clock a minute off

A controversy over one minute is holding up the award of an $8 million dollar contract to build a runway at the Redmond Airport.

Bids for the work were due with the city of Redmond on Feb. 14 at 10 a.m. Redmond received bids prior to that time from Goodfellow Brothers, Harney Rock, Hap Taylor....
