School district plans to deny Seven Peaks expansion

The Bend-La Pine School District plans to deny Seven Peaks Elementary School's middle school expansion request because the district says it cannot require parents to volunteer " which is one of the school's hallmarks.

The decision could affect the school's future as a contracted alternative....
