Bend council settles on six issues to tackle in 2002; they also will work on last year?s unfinished priorities

A hodgepodge of issues ranging from water rights to budget planning topped the Bend City Council?s list of goals for the upcoming year.

The council hashed out city business for about 12 hours at a retreat this weekend. It settled on six goals, a significant reduction from the 20 goals it adopted....
