First baby of 2002 arrives in keeping with her family’s style

Beginnings seem to run in the Krueger family. One sister's name is January. Another's is Dawn. And on Jan. 1, Dawn began the new year by giving birth, at 5:42 p.m. to Central Oregon's first baby of 2002.
