Nine dogs missing, 1 dead after vandals hit shelter

Twenty-four broken gates and 10 missing dogs later, the Humane Society of the Ochocos in Prineville hopes someone saw something Sunday night or early Monday morning when the shelter was broken into and the dogs disappeared.

One dog, Rocko, a beagle mix, was found dead Monday morning on Highway....
