A 22-year-old man from Portland and his 14-year-old girlfriend were arrested on charges of car theft on Sunday afternoon after a pickup was stolen in Sisters.

The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office said the pickup, which was left running, was stolen about 5:20 p.m.
