Sheriff tells students a plan's in place for a biological emergency

Although Central Oregon is not "on anybody's map" for a bioterrorist attack, Deschutes County is prepared for the possibility, Deschutes County Sheriff Les Stiles told a group of law and American government students Wednesday at Summit High School.
