Police nab final two in theft ring

Police have arrested the final two suspects in a car theft ring that is believed to have hit nearly all of Redmond's 22 car dealerships.

Matthew Dean Williams, 20, of Redmond was arrested on Dec. 5, and Bart Edwin Lewis, 32, of Metolius, was arrested in Omaha, Neb., on Thursday.
