It's hard to imagine the old Masterson St. Clair Hardware store jazzed up into a downtown multi-use center with metropolitan flair. But it's happening.

Once an automobile showroom, repair shop and hardware store, the 75-year-old Bond Street building now is a hollow shell, the winter wind blowing....
