Predictions call for another storm this weekend

Central Oregon motorists slogged through up to a half-foot of snow this morning, as the second big snowstorm in less than a week turned the High Desert into a giant snow park.

And forecasters predict more powder is on the way.

The afternoon commute was expected to turn slushy if the snow turned....
