Three developers hope to turn the building into retail, restaurant or office space

The Bend Development Board this morning discussed three proposals to breathe new life into the former Bend Fire Department headquarters downtown on Minnesota Avenue.

The proposals include:

- A branch of The Old Spaghetti Factory restaurant chain, including a two-story "Firehall Museum"....
