A Redmond youth and a Bend man accused of raping a 17-year-old Redmond girl earlier this week were being held today on $100,000 bail.

Miguel Angel Rodriguez, 17, of 2930 SW Meadow Lane in Redmond, and Raul Santos-Moreno, 21, of Bend, were both arraigned Wednesday in Deschutes County Circuit....
