Businesses grapple with parkway signage

Oregon Department of Transportation regional traffic engineer Steve Wilson stepped around his desk, pulled out a three-inch thick state traffic manual and plopped it on his desk.

"It's fun reading at night," he said.

It's reading Wilson may have to do, however, to help Bend business....
