Redmond’s Fitch will step down

He plans to live at Eagle Crest, making him ineligible for seat

REDMOND " Mayor Ed Fitch announced Tuesday he will step down from his post Nov. 1.

Fitch bought a home in Eagle Crest, but also has been living with his in-laws in Redmond since June to meet a charter requirement that calls for the mayor to live within the city limits.
