It was mostly play and a little work at Lake Billy Chinook Day.
Hundreds of volunteers of all ages from around the state flocked to the spectacular Cove Palisades State Park for the eighth annual cleanup day Saturday. Most made it a weekend and came for camping and boating as well as cleaning up....
