SALEM - Gov. John Kitzhaber called this morning's terrorist attacks a "tragedy of the first order" but stressed during a press conference that there is no hint that Oregon is at any risk.
Still, Oregon National Guard armories and air bases in Portland and Klamath Falls have been moved....
