Bend man charged in road rage incident

A Bend man has been charged for flashing his gun at three teen-agers during a road rage incident near the Redmond Airport on May 31, police said.

Steven J. Wilcox, 50, is charged with three counts of menacing and three counts of unlawful use of a weapon.
