A 21-year-old camp counselor from Ireland was killed by a pickup truck Monday afternoon while trying to cross Highway 20.
Charlotte "Ingrid" Sinclair died instantly, about seven miles east of Sisters, near the House of Rocks, according to Deschutes County sheriff's deputies.
