For soccer enthusiasts who dread the cold weather that blows into Central Oregon throughout most of the year, relief is on the way.

For soccer enthusiasts who dread the cold weather that blows into Central Oregon throughout most of the year, relief is on the way.

Ground has been broken and construction is under way on the Central Oregon Indoor Soccer Center, which is scheduled to open sometime in mid October.
