United ends flight service to Seattle

United Express, one of Redmond Airport's two airline carriers, has permanently canceled its direct flights to Seattle.

The company's decision, which became effective Thursday, dropped the number of Redmond-to-Seattle direct flights to five from 10, subtracting 185 available seats.
