Funding cuts may limit J-Bar-J Youth Services

J-Bar-J Youth Services may have to cut mentoring and intervention services to at-risk teens and families in Central Oregon because of funding decisions by the Deschutes County Commission on Children and Families.

Commission members said they decided not to give J-Bar-J programs money this year....
