Judge rules against Mt. Bachelor over HIV test

Mount Bachelor Inc. violated the Americans with Disabilities Act in 1996 when it demoted a ski patrol medic for refusing to take an HIV test after it learned his wife had AIDS, a federal judge ruled Friday.
