It was wild in downtown Bend on Saturday.

Tigers danced with butterflies.

A gorilla stared down a lion.

A 100-foot-long snake rattled its way through the streets to the cadence of a troupe of drummers.

By all accounts, the second annual Procession of the Species was a hit.
