Andy Parks to resign in July

Bend's Assistant City Manager and Chief Finance Officer Andy Parks is resigning from his post effective in July.

Parks and Interim City Manager Ron Garzini on Friday signed an agreement that calls for Parks to leave his job at the city July 1 with $46,746 in severance pay.
