Tami Dalrymple wasn't happy after pruners from Pacific Power trimmed most of the branches off one side of the 40-foot-high juniper in her front yard in east Bend last month. While she understands power lines need to be kept clear of branches, Dalrymple doesn't like how the tree looks....
