A cold front moving northwest dropped snow in the Cascades and over Central Oregon overnight and early today, closing mountain passes to some vehicles.
The snow level dropped to 2,000 feet in the Cascades overnight, causing closures at Santiam, Government Camp and Willamette passes this morning....
