National Guard labor clears way for new parking lots at fairgrounds

National Guard soldiers are leveling out parking lots at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds and Expo Center to hone their heavy equipment skills, and in the process they are saving Deschutes County quite a bit of money.

However, a couple of weeks of National Guard labor will only take a small bite....
