A southeast Bend man was in serious condition at St. Charles Medical Center on Wednesday evening after a man driving by apparently stopped his car, got out and assaulted the victim as he was getting his mail.
Witnesses reported that a man who was wearing no shirt stopped in his off-white sedan....
