Fight for Mount Bachelor continues

The battle for control of Mount Bachelor appears to be far from over.

John Cuming, who with his brother David owns the majority of Utah-based Powdr Corp., said the company soon will send letters to individual Mount Bachelor, Inc. stockholders offering to buy their shares for $20,000 each.
