Sex-abuse conviction leads DA to call for group-home reform

The conviction of the owner of a Sisters girl school on 22 counts of sexual abuse of 16 teen-age girls prompted Deschutes County District Attorney Mike Dugan on Friday to call for statewide reform of group homes.
