Phyllis passed away Friday, March 15, 2013, after a short battle with cancer. She will be missed by family and friends.
Phyllis is survived by her son, Kenneth (wife, Evelyn) Gates; and her sister, Betty Markell.
No services will be held. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Partners In Care, 2075 NE Wyatt Ct., Bend, OR 97701.
