Ron and Marilyn (Ellis) Jay, of Prineville, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner on April 13 at Juniper Golf Course in Redmond.
The couple were married March 29, 1953, in Bend. They have three children, DeAnn (and Gary) Frazee, of Bend, Tom (and Marlise) and Lynn (and Flora), all of Prineville; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
They owned and operated Park Service Chevron Station in Prineville from 1953-1977 and the City Center Motel in Prineville from 1971 until their retirement in 1992. They enjoy traveling and playing cards with relatives and friends.
They have lived in Central Oregon for 62 years.
