Public safety officials and citizens tend to injured bicyclist Tyler Dalman after he was struck by a car in the roundabout at Northwest Galveston Avenue and 14th Street in Bend Wednesday morning. Lt. Chris Carney of the Bend Police Department said it appeared that a car rear-ended Dalman while entering the roundabout from the east. The car’s driver was cited. Dalman was taken to St. Charles Bend for examination as a precautionary measure, Carney said.
