Ed Beacham, owner of Beacham’s Clock Company in Sisters, changes the time on the six-foot clock that faces his storefront while preparing his clocks for Daylight Saving Time. Beacham said it takes a few days to change the time on his inventory, which exceeds 1,000. Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, when the time springs forward to 3 a.m. See Page B2 for a photo story in which Beacham restores an English grandfather clock from the 1840s.
