DUII — Jeffrey Scott Nivison, 38, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 11:50 p.m. Feb. 25, in the 61300 block of South U.S. Highway 97.

DUII — Ernest W. Ryan, 59, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 9 a.m. Feb. 28, in the area of U.S. Highway 97 near milepost 145.
DUII — Heather Alicia Miller, 22, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 1:40 a.m. March 1, in the area of U.S. Highway 97 near milepost 128.
