Lee "Eddie" Edward Thomas passed away on February 21, 2013, in Prineville, OR. He was born in Bonham, TX, on February 16, 1933, to Johnie and Willie Bell Thomas along with three sisters, Linda, Betty Lou and Peggy and one brother, Johnie J. Thomas.

Lee is survived by his wife, Bev Thomas. They were the Oregonian distributors in Crook County for 30 years. Lee is also survived by his children, Christine Thomas, Jeneane Warner, Stephanie McGolrick, Connie Hottinger, Jason Thomas; step-children, Lisa Murray, David Thomas, Randy Thomas, Kristi Flammang and Debbi Bell-Esvelt. Lee is further survived by 25 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Lee enjoyed wood working, hunting and fishing in his younger years, and visiting with his large family in his later years.

Lee will be laid to rest at a graveside memorial at Juniper Haven Cemetery on February 27, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. There will be a public viewing at Prineville Funeral Home on February 26, 2013, from noon to 4:00 p.m. A reception following the graveside service will be held at the family home.
