Paul C.P. McIlhenny, 68: Chairman and CEO of the McIlhenny Co., makers of Tabasco sauce. CEO since 2000, he saw his company enjoy record growth by introducing new products, including Tabasco-themed apparel. Died Saturday in New Orleans of an apparent heart attack.

Matt Mattox, 91: Dancer, choreographer and teacher who enjoyed a prominent career in films and on Broadway. Best known for dancing in the film version of “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers," Mattox also appeared in the original Broadway casts of “Once Upon a Mattress," and “Brigadoon." Died Feb. 18 in France.
