Say hello to Charlie, an English cream retriever who celebrated his fifth birthday on Wednesday. Charlie lives with Debi Persons in Bend. He loves playing outside with his toys — especially tug of war — and enjoys riding in the car and going on walks. Charlie is a wonderful companion with lots of energy.
