• Mack Gardner recently joined the St. Charles Health System board of directors as a representative from Madras. Gardner, who previously served on the Mountain View Hospital board of directors, was selected to the St. Charles board as part of the hospital's transition to the St. Charles system.
• Monica Morey recently became the medical billing supervisor and aging specialist at Vantage Clinical Solutions in Bend. Morey, who has more than 20 years of medical billing experience, has been employed by Vantage since 2011.
