Sheelagh is survived by her sister, Janice; two daughters, Laura Milne and Fe Anderson; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Celebrate her life on March 1, 2013 at 60520 Umatilla Circle, Bend, 97702 at 5 p.m. Dinner provided.
